A Little bit about me

Sasha Lord

"It wasn't until I was brutally honest with myself, no one else was to blame. That day my life forever shifted."

Radical honesty

Let me share my incredible journey with you. I've had quite the adventure, from dropping out of high school at 14 to leading a painting crew, starting my own company, and even posing naked for art classes! Along the way, I've faced addiction, I’ve also experienced two significant car accidents that served as stark reminders of life’s fragility. My journey has taken me across borders—I’ve lived in two countries, each offering its own lessons and cultural insights.accidents,, faced sexual abuse, birthed naturally two children, married and got divorced, found comfort in old limited self beliefs and leaned on excuses and vices, and even tried to take my life once and nearly succeeded. I am very open and transparent because I want my clients to know that when I'm there with them listening, I can assimilate, be there, felt how they feel. And there's no healing without honesty.

"you've let the brain be your master, not you the master of your brain.'

. It wasn't until I was brutally honest with myself that I was the catalyst for my poor life decisions, why my relationships kept failing, why I had poor relations with men, the realisation that no one else was to blame and that my life forever shifted. to flip the narrative and But you know what? These experiences have shaped me into the passionate and resilient person I am today.

One of my favourite phrases and if you become a client, you’ll hear me say, ‘Flip The Narrative’.

Yes, horrible things happen, and it is unfair and all those things that when first happen, extremely relevant to sit with those emotions and feel those feelings and let our brains do what they do best, which is problem solve, however if its 10years past that event, then its become a choice. a choice to let the brain be your master, not you the master of your brain. To let it ruminate and doom spiral to a pit of self pity where someone might through you a bone of, sympathy or attention your way… its become apart of your identitiy, who you are.

"You are not your thoughts, nor the noise that crackles when you feel overwhelmed. You are the silence behind the noise"

just a brief snap shot of how i treat those old negitive self beliefs. Challenge them. Become curious, fierce. Play with your ideals and have some fun with it. You are not your thoughts, nor the noise that crackles when you feel overwhelmed. You are the silence behind the noise—the quiet and stillness. There is a knowing inside us that moves steadily along, free of fear and fully aware of where to go and how to get there. When you are in flow and connected to your higher self, it’s hard to be wrong.

It's about quieting the mind and listening to its song while tuning into the whisper of your inner voice, which is much deeper. When you take the time to listen, this inner voice becomes powerful and strong, allowing you to flip the narrative. Remember, the experiences you’ve had have shaped you into the passionate and resilient person you are today.
